Chart Industries and BNG Clean Fuel Execute Memorandum of Understanding for Hydrogen Liquefaction and Equipment Supply

Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE: GTLS) (“Chart”), a leading global engineering design and manufacturer of highly engineered equipment servicing multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas markets and BNG Clean Fuel Corporation (“BNG”), a private company focused on the delivery of scalable infrastructure solutions for the production, storage, and delivery of hydrogen fuel to the power, marine, rail, oil & gas, mining, and transportation industries, announced their executed Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) for Chart to supply the hydrogen liquefaction process technology, associated equipment as well as a series of hydrogen fuelling stations.

California Resources Corporation (NYSE: CRC) today announced a Carbon Dioxide Management Agreement (CDMA) between Carbon TerraVault Holdings, LLC (CTV) and Grannus, LLC (Grannus), an independent clean-tech company that is building a portfolio of blue ammonia and hydrogen production facilities to supply the agriculture, mobility and marine fuel markets, to sequester 370,000 metric tons (MT) of carbon dioxide (CO2) per annum at CTV III from a new blue ammonia and hydrogen plant to be constructed in Northern California. Detailed evaluation to begin on Pathways Alliance proposed carbon storage hub
The Pathways Alliance, representing Canada’s largest oil sands producers, has entered into a Carbon Sequestration Evaluation Agreement with the Government of Alberta.
The agreement enables the Alliance to immediately start a detailed evaluation of its proposed geological storage hub which would be one of the world’s largest carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects. This will help further assess the geological characteristics and properties of the deep underground CO2 storage formation.
