Hy Stor Energy Becomes First North American Company to Commit to Global Green Hydrogen Standard

Hy Stor Energy LP (Hy Stor Energy), a company pioneering renewably produced green hydrogen and energy storage at scale in Mississippi, announced today it has partnered with the Green Hydrogen Organisation (GH2) to become the first pledge member in North America to advocate for the GH2 Green Hydrogen Standard across the continent and worldwide. By committing to this standard, which is the first of its kind globally, Hy Stor Energy will produce hydrogen with 100% or near 100% renewable energy with close to zero greenhouse gas emissions for its highly anticipated Mississippi Clean Hydrogen Hub and all future projects.

he California Energy Commission (CEC) today approved a bold set of offshore wind planning goals, as directed by the state's AB 525 law, putting California on a path to responsibly develop up to 5 gigawatts (GW) of floating offshore wind power by 2030 and 25 GW by 2045. These goals, which expand targets in an earlier report, send an important signal to industry and other state and federal agencies that California is committed to being a leader on offshore wind and moving expeditiously to strengthen and diversify its clean power portfolio.

PureWest Completes Follow-on Upstream Energy Securitization
PureWest Energy, LLC ("PureWest"), Wyoming's largest natural gas producer, has successfully closed on a second asset-backed securitization. The offering was comprised of $365 million of asset backed notes collateralized by a portion of PureWest's producing natural gas assets. The offering featured a combination of $210 million of 144A Class A1 Notes and $155 million of Class A2 Notes offered and sold as a 4(a)(2) private placement (the "Notes"). The Class A1 Notes obtained an "A-" rating and the Class A2 Notes were rated "BBB+" by Fitch.
