SoCalGas successfully installed Nostromo Energy's innovative IceBrick system at Beverly Hilton and Waldorf Astoria hotels, cutting air conditioning needs during peak demand, reducing emissions, energy use, and costs. The IceBrick system will receive incentives from CPUC's SGIP, facilitated by SoCalGas, making it the first approved Large Thermal Energy Storage System under this category.
