  CF Industries Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: CF), a leading global manufacturer of hydrogen and nitrogen products and the world’s largest producer of ammonia, and POET LLC, the world’s largest producer of biofuel and a global leader in sustainable bioproducts, today announced a collaboration to pilot the use of low-carbon ammonia fertilizer to reduce the carbon intensity of corn production and ethanol.

• Air Products to Build, Own and Operate Two New Air Separation Units at its Facilities in Georgia and North Carolina

  Air Products (NYSE: APD), a world-leading industrial gases company, today announced two projects to enhance the sustainability, productivity, and operational flexibility of its base industrial gas business, as well as continuing commitment to the merchant industrial gas market. Air Products will construct two new air separation units (ASU) at its existing Conyers, Georgia and Reidsville, North Carolina locations.

• Aramco to Acquire 50% Stake in Air Products Qudra's Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company

  Aramco, one of the world's leading integrated energy and chemicals companies, has signed definitive agreements to acquire an equity interest in the Jubail-based Blue Hydrogen Industrial Gases Company (BHIG), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Air Products Qudra (APQ). The transaction, which is subject to standard closing conditions, will also include options for Aramco to offtake hydrogen and nitrogen.

  A research project in North Dakota is studying underground carbon storage with results that could benefit ranchers. Rebecca Phillips is leading the project on a ranch in central North Dakota to try to quantify just how much carbon can be stored in the root systems of grasses on a cattle ranch.

• Intersect Power Secures $837 Million in Project Financing to Build 1 GWh of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Texas

  Intersect Power, LLC, (“Intersect Power” or “Intersect”), announced today the closing of two separate transactions representing an aggregate of $837 million of financing commitments for the construction and operation of three standalone Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) in Texas. The transactions cover portfolio-level construction debt, tax equity, and term debt financing with industry-leading partners.
