Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX), and Caterpillar Inc. (NYSE: CAT) today announced a collaboration agreement to develop hydrogen demonstration projects in transportation and stationary power applications, including prime power.

Solugen Raises Over $350 Million in Series C Funding Led by Baillie Gifford & GIC to Make Carbon Negative Chemicals
Today, Solugen, the company decarbonizing the chemicals industry, announced a Series C financing round of over $350 million. GIC and Baillie Gifford led the round with participation from Temasek Holdings, funds and accounts managed by BlackRock, Carbon Direct Capital Management, Refactor Capital, and Fifty Years.

Walmart Secures $2 Billion Green Bond
Walmart has priced the company’s first green bond, a $2 billion offering intended to advance its goal of achieving total renewable energy. The net proceeds of the bond will be a part of an eligible green investments portfolio and fund existing and future projects, which include developing high efficiency buildings, sustainable transport and zero waste objectives. Walmart has widely publicized its massive sustainability targets, which include becoming emissions free by 2040 and using 100% renewable energy to power its facilities and long-haul fleet.
