Description
The nomination window for the BLM Nevada State Office Geothermal Lease Sale tentatively scheduled for August 2022 is now open.
Land nominations must be submitted on Department of the Interior (DOI), BLM Form 3203-1, and comply with 43 CFR 3203 (72 FR 24406, May 2, 2007). Please refer to these regulations for nomination requirements regarding maximum acreage, acceptable land descriptions, and nominating parcels as a block.

US Producers Pioneer and Continental Strike $3.25-Billion Permian Deal
Continental Resources announced today that it is buying Permian Basin acreage from Pioneer Natural Resources for $3.5 billion in cash.
