Breakthrough Energy Ventures, National Grid Partners and a Subsidiary of NextEra Energy Invest in TS Conductor to Meet the Growing Demand for Greener Electricity Grids

TS Conductor Corp., a pioneer in high-efficiency conductors for electricity grids, today announced that Breakthrough Energy Ventures, National Grid Partners and a subsidiary of NextEra Energy have joined Talkot and Hervé Touati in its oversubscribed Series A financing, for a total $25 million in funding. The new capital will be used to build the company’s first state of the art manufacturing plant in the United States.

London-headquartered ERM has acquired Canada-based ESG and energy specialist, Stratos. Headquartered in London, ERM is an international environmental and sustainability consultancy, with more than 5,500 staff in 40 countries. Ottowa-headquartered Stratos works for industry, government, indigenous organisations and NGOs. The move will add 30 Canada-based ESG practitioners to the global workforce.

Orsted Acquires 302MW US Onshore Wind
Orsted has acquired the 302MW Lincoln Land onshore wind farm in the US state of Illinois from funds managed by Ares Management’s Infrastructure and Power strategy. The project, located in Morgan County, is fully contracted via power purchase agreements with Meta, formerly the Facebook company, and McDonald’s, which have signed for approximately 175MW and 126MW of electricity respectively.
Lincoln Land reached commercial operation last week and was previously purchased by Ares from US developer Apex Clean Energy.

EV Technology Group announces strategic investment in MOKE International Limited
EV Technology Group Inc. (""EVT"") has announced that it has made a strategic lead investment in MOKE International Limited (""MIL""), the official producer of MOKE vehicles since 2015 when it acquired the original 1964 trademark.
