Hyzon Motors signs exclusive supply contract for hydrogen-powered electric trucks with leading European waste collection solutions company, Geesinknorba

Hyzon Motors Inc. (NASDAQ:HYZN) is cleaning up waste collection through an exclusive supply contract with Dutch refuse collection company Geesinknorba Group.
Hyzon, a leading global supplier of zero-emission, hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicles, announced today an agreement with Geesinknorba to be its exclusive vendor for zero emission trucks.
Geesinknorba already deploys zero emissions vehicles throughout Europe, with 300 trucks or more expected to be supplied by Hyzon during the three-year contract.

SK Inc. Invests in Fulcrum BioEnergy to Accelerate Production of Low-Carbon Fuel from Waste
SK Inc., the strategic investment arm of South Korea's SK Group, announced today that is was part of a $50 million investment in Fulcrum BioEnergy Inc., a U.S.-based waste-to-fuels company. SK Inc. was joined in the investment with a Korean private equity fund.
Fulcrum is the first company in the U.S. to produce biofuel on a commercial scale by chemically converting municipal solid waste (MSW) into transportation fuels. SK Inc. plans to enhance its Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) portfolio with its investment in Fulcrum.

Gates-Backed Fund Invests in Carbon Capture Startup Sustaera
Sustaera Inc., a startup that sucks planet-warming carbon dioxide out of the air, raised $10 million from a Series A funding round led by climate funds backed by Bill Gates and billionaire investor Jeremy Grantham.
The company, based in North Carolina, uses a cheap and easily available alkali-based material to absorb CO₂. Unlike other carbon-capture businesses, its process doesn’t require heat from fossil fuel sources and can run entirely on renewable electricity. Payments system provider Stripe Inc. has signed on as its first customer.

Proteum Energy, LLC entered a binding Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) today with Istmo Energy LLC, headquartered in Fort Worth Texas, to negotiate the terms by which Proteum Energy™ will provide low cost, low carbon intensity hydrogen to Istmo for production of "ultra-low sulfur diesel" and clean hydrogen for delivery to offtake customers in the Permian Basin, Mexico and California markets.
