Bison Low Carbon Ventures Inc. (hereinafter, "Bison") is pleased to announce that Marubeni Corporation (hereinafter "Marubeni") has entered into a share subscription agreement with Bison, to facilitate development of Bison's carbon capture and storage (CCS) projects in Alberta, Canada.
