Ormat Technologies (NYSE: ORA) will acquire a 150 MW portfolio, including geothermal and solar assets, from Enel Green Power North America (EGPNA) for $271 million, furthering its strategic expansion goals. The acquisition is anticipated to close by Q1 2024, pending regulatory approvals and customary conditions.
