• Independence Hydrogen Inc. Announces First of its Kind, Open Season for New, Clean Hydrogen Gas Supply to Serve the Eastern United States

  Independence Hydrogen, Inc. is holding an open season for 7 metric tons per day of clean, fuel cell grade hydrogen, starting October 1, 2026. The hydrogen, with a carbon intensity score of 1.1 kg CO2e/kg H2, will be produced near Valdosta, Georgia, and available across the Eastern U.S. The open season runs from October 28 to December 20, 2024.

  DHL Supply Chain, the Americas leader in contract logistics, and Diageo North America, a premium drinks company, have announced plans to incorporate two fuel cell electric trucks, powered with hydrogen, to their U.S. fleet.The Class 8 trucks, manufactured by Nikola Corporation, will be deployed and fueled with a HYLA modular refueler at the Diageo campus in Plainfield, Ill., marking a milestone for the state.

• Hydrexia Penetrates Hydrogen Market in Japan

  Hydrexia Singapore PTE LTD, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hydrexia Holding Limited (Hydrexia) and Kitahama GRF Co. Ltd (KGC), a key power supplier and data center developer in Japan, today announced that the two companies have inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to jointly develop the hydrogen market in Japan. Under the framework of the MOU, Hydrexia and KGC will join hands in developing a supply chain of hydrogen applications in Japan.
