• OCED Announces up to $1.8 Billion in New Funding for Transformational Direct Air Capture Technologies

The Pacific Northwest Hydrogen Hub, spanning Washington, Oregon, and Montana, has 10 projects under review, including hydrogen production and refueling stations.

• Technip Energies and LanzaTech Awarded Funding from the U.S. Department of Energy for Commercializing Breakthrough CO2 to Ethylene Technology

  Technip Energies and LanzaTech have secured up to $200 million in funding from the U.S. Department of Energy for Project SECURE. The project aims to recycle CO2 from ethylene production with low-carbon hydrogen to create sustainable ethanol and ethylene. It will first deploy in the U.S. Gulf Coast, with potential for global replication in ethylene crackers. Phase 1 includes engineering design, environmental reviews, and community engagement.
