SkyDrive Inc. (hereinafter "SkyDrive"), a leading Japanese eVTOL aircraft (*1) manufacturer headquartered in Toyota City, Japan, announced at Paris Air Show 2023 on June 19 that the company had signed a basic agreement with Suzuki Motor Corporation (hereinafter "Suzuki") for cooperation in manufacturing "SKYDRIVE" eVTOL aircraft (*2).

Germany: TotalEnergies and VNG Join Forces on Green Hydrogen to Decarbonize the Leuna Refinery
TotalEnergies (Paris:TTE) (LSE:TTE) (NYSE:TTE) and VNG, a German natural gas distribution company, have signed an agreement to initiate the future supply of green hydrogen to the Leuna refinery operated by TotalEnergies. Under the agreement, green hydrogen will be produced from renewable electricity with a 30 MW electrolyzer in Bad Lauchstädt, built and operated by VNG with its partner Uniper.

Triumph Selected to Design and Build Main Transmission Prototype for Piasecki Aircraft PA-890 Hydrogen-Powered eVTOL
Triumph Group, Inc., (TRIUMPH) (NYSE: TGI) today announced its Geared Solutions business has been selected by Piasecki Aircraft Corporation (PiAC) to design and build a prototype main transmission for PiAC's hydrogen powered PA-890 eVTOL compound helicopter. This project will begin this summer at TRIUMPH Geared Solutions in Park City, UT.
