• Frontier Carbon Solutions Announces the Sweetwater Carbon Storage Hub in Southwestern Wyoming

  Frontier Carbon Solutions Holdings LLC ("Frontier" or the "Company"), a leading project developer in the carbon capture, utilization, and sequestration ("CCUS") sector and a portfolio company of Tailwater Capital LLC ("Tailwater"), today announced the Sweetwater Carbon Storage Hub ("SCS Hub"), one of North America's first open source, multipurpose carbon storage hubs.

  Volaris (NYSE: VLRS and BMV: VOLAR) ("the Company"), the ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) serving Mexico, the United States, Central and South America, announces a $50 million investment agreement alongside Indigo Partners, GenZero, Cleanhill Partners, Frontier Airlines, and Wizz Air. The investment aims to accelerate the production of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) worldwide through the North American startup CleanJoule.

• Chart and Kathairos Expand Partnership for Methane Emission Reduction Technology

  Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE: GTLS), a leading global engineering design and manufacturer of highly engineered equipment servicing multiple applications in the clean energy and industrial gas markets, today announced the furthering of its partnership and contract with Calgary-based cleantech startup, Kathairos Solutions, which already included Chart's MicroBulk tanks to now include products such as Orca™ Delivery Systems. The two companies have agreed to extend their contract for a minimum of two more years.

  Residential and commercial Piedmont Natural Gas customers in South Carolina and Tennessee now can reduce the impact of their own natural gas usage by participating in GreenEdge – a voluntary program that offers customers the opportunity to purchase green "blocks" from Piedmont and then claim the associated environmental benefits.
