Global Hydrogen Energy LLC and Dune Acquisition Corporation announced the completion of its previously announced business combination. The combined company is named Global Gas Corporation and its Class A common shares and warrants are expected to commence trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbols “HGAS” and “HGASW."
