Super6 Carbon and Mangrove Systems have signed a strategic agreement to use Mangrove’s digital MRV platform across Super6’s engineered carbon removal network in the US
TORONTO, ON — February 10, 2025 — Super6 Carbon and Mangrove Systems have signed a strategic agreement to use Mangrove’s digital MRV platform across Super6’s engineered carbon removal network in the Midwestern United States. Under the agreement, Mangrove will provide end-to-end, audit-ready measurement, reporting, and verification support of biogenic CO₂ from capture through transport and permanent geological storage in Class VI wells.
Super6 develops biogenic carbon removal projects that deliver high-quality, affordable carbon dioxide removal (CDR) credits at scale in the near-term. The first Super6 CO₂ transload hub is being developed with Archer-Daniels-Midland Company in Decatur, Illinois, adjacent to one of the few fully permitted and operational Class VI wells in North America.

Mangrove’s digital MRV platform combines advanced data integration, automation, artificial intelligence and reporting tools to give Super6 a single, auditable system of record for its carbon removal operations. The platform aggregates data across the full value chain to provide continuous visibility into performance and carbon balances. By automating data ingestion, streamlining carbon accounting, and using AI to pre-check reports before delivering directly to carbon registries, Mangrove enables faster verification and more reliable monthly credit issuances.
“Super6 delivers reliable, large-scale carbon removal and Mangrove provides best-in-class digital MRV,” said Robert Alloway, President, Super6 Carbon. “Together, we’re giving buyers the transparency and confidence to lean into high-integrity CDR at scale.”
“We are proud to partner with Super6 on their scalable biogenic CCS project,” said Brandon Vlaar, CEO, Mangrove Systems. “By deploying Mangrove’s dMRV platform across Super6’s operations, we deliver a single, audit-ready system of record enabling industrial carbon removal at scale.”
