XCF Global Advances New Rise Reno Production-Start Sequence with Catalyst Activation Underway

Published by Todd Bush on June 17, 2026

Final commissioning activities progressing as facility advances toward initial renewable fuel production

HOUSTON, TX / XCF Global, Inc. ("XCF") (Nasdaq:SAFX), an emerging U.S.-based producer of renewable diesel and sustainable aviation fuel ("SAF") XCF Global, Inc. today announced that its New Rise Renewables Reno facility has advanced its production-start sequence, following the previously announced successful receipt and loading of process catalyst announced earlier this month.

The facility is currently progressing through reformer startup activities, which are required to begin catalyst activation. Each step is sequenced to support an expected safe start, system reliability, and orderly transition toward initial renewable fuel production. Additional startup and commissioning activities include system validation, chemical staging, and hydrotreater readiness checks as the facility advances toward an expected initial renewable fuel production.

As part of standard startup and ramp-up sequencing, the facility is expected to initially produce renewable diesel as systems are brought online and optimized. New Rise Reno is designed to transition into sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production as part of its planned operating configuration, supporting XCF's long-term strategy to expand SAF supply.

"Our team is making strong progress as we move through commissioning, with a focus on ensuring safety, operational readiness and setting the foundation for reliable production," said Chris Cooper, Chief Executive Officer of XCF Global.

New Rise Reno is XCF's flagship production facility and has a permitted nameplate capacity of 38 million gallons per year. Progress at the facility is designed to support XCF's strategy to expand domestic low-carbon fuel production and advance sustainable aviation fuel availability in North America.
