Through Our Refining Segment, We Own And Operate Refineries Located In Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico And Utah, And Market Refined Products Principally In The Southwest, Mid-Continent And Rocky Mountain Regions Of The United States. Our Refining Segment Also Includes Our Asphalt Operations.
Our Midstream Segment Is Owned And Operated Through Holly Energy Partners, L.P. (Hep). Hollyfrontier Owns A 57% Limited Partner Interest And A Non-Economic General Partner Interest In Hep. Hep Owns And Operates Logistics Assets Consisting Of Petroleum Product And Crude Oil Pipelines, Terminals, Tankage, Loading Rack Facilities And Refinery Processing Units That Principally Support HollyfrontierβS Refining And Marketing Operations, As Well As Third Party Refineries, In The Southwest, Mid-Continent And Rocky Mountain Regions Of The United States.
Our Lubricants And Specialty Products Segment (Hfls) Produces Base Oils And Other Specialized Lubricants In The United States, Canada And The Netherlands, Exporting Products To More Than 80 Countries Worldwide. Hfls Serves Virtually Every Industry, With Products Marketed Under The Petro-Canada Lubricants, Red Giant Oil, Sonneborn And Hollyfrontier Specialty Products Brands.
In 2019, We Launched Our Renewables Business With Approval For Construction Of A Renewable Diesel Facility At Our Navajo Refinery In Artesia, New Mexico. In 2020, We Announced Our Plans To Convert Our Existing Petroleum Refinery In Cheyenne, Wyoming To Renewable Diesel Production And Construct A Pre-Treatment Unit (Ptu) At The Artesia Refinery. We Expect To Produce Renewable Diesel In The First Quarter Of 2022.
