• Aemetis Biogas Closes $53 Million Sale of IRA Tax Credits

  Aemetis, Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTX), a renewable fuels company focused on negative carbon intensity products, recently closed its first-ever sale of $53 million in Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) investment tax credits. These credits were generated by Aemetis Biogas LLC through various biogas projects, including dairy digesters, a biogas pipeline, and an RNG production facility.
