CHAR Technologies has secured $2.5M from the Government of Québec through the Programme Innovation Bois. The funding will support a project converting wood waste into biocarbon for coal replacement and green hydrogen. The green hydrogen will be upgraded into renewable natural gas. The non-repayable grant will be disbursed upon reaching key milestones.
