Air Products & Chemicals Acquires Air Liquide UAE Business, Majority Share in Middle East Carbon Dioxide
Description
Air Products & Chemicals Inc. said Tuesday that it has acquired Air Liquide SA's industrial gases business in the United Arab Emirates.
Air Products & Chemicals also said it acquired Air Liquide's majority share in Middle East Carbon Dioxide, a joint venture with ALMO Holdings Co., which owns and operates a liquid carbon dioxide production plant in Bahrain.
