July 16, 2025 – TheNewswire – Toronto, Ontario – AmmPower Corp. (CSE: AMMP) (OTCQB: AMMPF) (FSE: 601A) is pleased to announce that it has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Klean Industries, a technology leader in recovering energy from waste.
In addition to producing green hydrogen for its IAMMTM units (Independent Ammonia Making Machines) using electrolyzer technology, AmmPower, a leader in innovative ammonia production technologies, has identified the importance of also working with leading companies that are producing green hydrogen using other manufacturing processes.
Ammpower America LLC ("AMM") has signed an MOU with Klean, a leading equipment manufacturer with a strong portfolio of intellectual properties and expertise in recovering clean energy and resources from waste. This agreement aims to develop new applications for AMM’s fully containerized ammonia production technologies, which will enable renewable and distributed ammonia solutions for projects in North America that utilize green ammonia as an alternative fuel. The relationship with AMM will further enable Klean and its partners to deploy green fuel facilities that produce, store, and distribute these derivatives for use as a carbon-free fuel and a carrier of hydrogen energy.

"Over the last three years, Klean has continued to expand its partnership network by establishing a consortium of key technology partners that can enable new pathways to creating circular solutions within the mobility sector that complement each other and help facilitate the adoption of green alternative fuels and energy at scale. We are proud to be working with these leaders in technological innovation, like Ammpower, who share the same vision for creating long-term, sustainable outcomes," said Jesse Klinkhamer, CEO of Klean Industries Inc.
"We are very pleased to be working with technology leaders like Klean, in the green hydrogen space. Such a diversified approach to green hydrogen production will allow more flexibility in placement of the IAMMTM units as well as provide additional support for the economic model for distributed green ammonia production," commented Dr. Gary Benninger, AmmPower CEO.
In addition, we are also announcing that David Wojie has accepted the position of Director, Business Development, replacing Eric Kelley, Director of Sales and Marketing, Agriculture. Dave has over 25 successful years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Dr. Zhenyu Zhang has left the company to pursue his interest in computer science and AI. We appreciate his contribution to the development of our IAMMTM unit. We are currently interviewing potential candidates to fill the technology development position.
