Highlighting this launch is Delrin® ZA (Zero Attributed), the first and only carbon-neutral acetal on the market, achieving a 0.0 Product Carbon Footprint (PCF).
Delrin® ZA delivers 100% reduction in cradle-to-gate product carbon footprint, enabled through a combination of ultra-low carbon methanol, certified renewable electricity, and sustainable steam.

The new Delrin® Sustainable Solutions portfolio includes:
Delrin® ZA (Zero Attributed): Achieves a 100% reduction in Cradle-to-GateProduct Carbon Footprint (PCF) - reaching 0.0 PCF - through the use of ultra-low carbon methanol and 100% certified renewable electricity.
Delrin® CC (Carbon Capture): Utilizes methanol from carbon capture and utilization (CCU) technology to reduce Cradle-to-Gate PCF by up to 60%.
Delrin® RE (Renewable Electricity): Produced with certified renewable electricity, offering a 20% reduction in Cradle-to-Gate PCF with no requalification needed for standard grades.
These solutions are identical in quality and reliability to standard Delrin® grades, offering a "one-stop shop" for customers at any stage of their sustainability journey. This expansion reflects Delrin's continued investment toward meeting its 2030 sustainability goals, including significant reductions in Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions and accelerating low-carbon solutions across global markets.
