We are looking for an Analyst to join the Phoenix Hydrogen team. In this role, you will be tasked with building the most comprehensive hydrogen project database for North America. The role will involve management (people and projects) as well as individual contributor work on data and deliverables. Finally, this role will interact significantly with our software product arm, and inform our product's features and roadmap. This is an opportunity for an experienced analyst to drive significant impact at an early-stage startup, and help catalyze a new wave of capital for renewable energy. We look forward to meeting with you.

Phoenix Hydrogen provides software and services to support planning and trade at multi-stakeholder hydrogen hubs. Our software platform connects energy buyers and sellers with capital, customers, vendors, and others by characterizing in-development projects and brokering agreements between market participants. Our service arm helps the creation and operation of hubs, and provides white-glove service to other stakeholders using our platform to meet their goals. Our vision is to broker sustainable energy deals at gigawatt scale, and thereby finance more renewables to replace fossil fuels. We were founded in 2021.
To be successful in this role, dedication to learning and a true passion for the energy sector are vital. As industries all over the globe continue to restructure and grow, we are hiring professionals who have a global perspective on the future of energy, and want to make an impact. We're looking for commitment to personal growth and career development, a strong desire to learn and success in team environments. Knowledge of the domestic energy landscape is required, but hydrogen-specific work may not be required. Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, enthusiasm for client service and a dedication to deliver the best results on every project are expected. Most importantly, a desire to develop a deep understanding of the energy industry and an unquestioned commitment to integrity and ethical decision-making.
