On June 26, 2025, XCF Global, Inc. announced a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Continual Renewable Ventures to establish New Rise Australia, a synthetic aviation fuel and hydrotreated vegetable oil platform. This partnership aims to leverage XCF’s patent-pending site design for rapid deployment and scalable growth, marking a significant step in XCF’s international expansion strategy and positioning New Rise AU as a leader in sustainable fuel in Australia.
