The MOA also complements ongoing cooperation between Alpha Ladder Group and Royal Group, including digital finance initiatives involving MetaComp Pte. Ltd. and Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc.. The collaboration is exploring cross-border payment solutions between Singapore and Cambodia through MetaComp’s StableX Network, integrating fiat and stablecoin-based financial infrastructure.
