NewHydrogen, Inc. (OTCMKTS), the developer of ThermoLoop™, a groundbreaking technology that uses water and heat instead of electricity to produce the world’s cheapest green hydrogen, announced a podcast featuring CEO Steve Hill and Dr. Walter van Schalkwijk, a leader in lithium-ion battery research. "A thermal approach to hydrogen production is key to unlocking a sustainable green energy future," Dr. van Schalkwijk said during the podcast.

He argues that current electrolysis methods rely heavily on energy and rare earth materials, limiting their scalability. "Only 10% of energy needs could be met using these techniques," he explained. Dr. van Schalkwijk proposes a more localized hydrogen production system, using heated sand to generate hydrogen at home.
"This decentralized approach could reduce dependence on imported energy and build a resilient energy infrastructure," he added. Dr. van Schalkwijk also emphasized the need to move beyond energy-intensive processes to develop more sustainable energy solutions.
NewHydrogen is focused on lowering the cost of green hydrogen by developing innovative solutions like ThermoLoop™, advancing clean energy for a sustainable future.
