Wall Street's biggest asset manager just made its clearest statement yet about the future of carbon capture technology. BlackRock's Global Infrastructure Partners has signed an exclusivity agreement to acquire a 49.99% controlling stake in Eni's carbon capture, utilization and storage business for approximately €1 billion.
